Chair Setup
Chair setup begins between 6:45am and 7am every Sunday morning. Careful attention to detail allows this team to provide an attractive and functional seating arrangement for our services. Team leaders are responsible for the chair setup process from start to finish on their assigned Sunday. A great way to start in this ministry is to come and lend a hand.
Current need: We need two couples (or four individuals) who will be in charge of measuring and laying out the schematic for chair set-up. The rotation will be one Sunday per month.

Children’s Ministry Setup/Tear-down
The setup team arrives between 6:45am and 7am each Sunday to prepare the classroom and nursery area. This includes placing signs, moving chairs, setting out equipment and toys, and bringing supplies to the classrooms. After the services, these areas require tear down as well. The typical rotation is two Sundays per month.
Current need: We need four individuals.

Communion Setup
This ministry is ideally suited to a team of two individuals who arrive between 7:45-8am on Sunday morning to setup Communion tables, including tablecloths, decorations, and candles. Participants will also prepare the bread baskets and fill the cup trays with grape juice.
Current need: We need two couples or four individuals.

Decor Setup and Teardown
Décor setup begins around 7am on Sunday mornings. Participants setup the resource table and the missions table, as well as place black-out cloths, lamps, and other decorations. Additionally, the ministry involves setting up the outdoor refreshment tables by putting out tablecloths, decorations and making coffee.
Current need: We need 2 persons for setup and 2 persons for teardown.

Refreshments
Providing refreshments on Sunday morning helps facilitate fellowship before and after services. Helping with Sunday morning refreshments involves committing to bring food once every five or six weeks (depending on how many volunteers we have) and arriving 20 minutes before your assigned service. We ask for a good-sized portion of a morning snack-type food. You are paired with two other volunteers, so you are not responsible for feeding the entire church!
Current need: We need volunteers for first and second service.

Technology Production Team
The Technology Production team manages various audio/visual elements of the Sunday morning worship services, including LCD projection and audio CD recording. Each Sunday there are two teams: setup and tear down. The setup team remains to handle production throughout the first service. The tear down team arrives during the 30 minutes between services and handles production for the second service, as well as tear down.
Current need: We currently need to train four new people.

Ushers / Greeters
Ushers provide a welcoming spirit to everyone attending services at Cornerstone Church. Their scope of ministry includes greeting people, handing out informational material, directing visitors to Children’s Ministry (if needed), helping people find seats, switching lights on/off during the service, and tracking attendance during their assigned service. Ushers serve in teams of two for each service, and they arrive 20 minutes before their assigned service starts.
Current need:
2nd Service Usher – 1st Sunday of every month (1 person, preferably male)
1st Service Usher – 4th Sunday of every month (a couple or 2 people)
1st Service Usher – 5th Sunday of every month (a couple or 2 people) (about 4 times a year)

Media Arts & Communications
The Media Arts & Communications team helps to further the ministry of Cornerstone Church by providing various online and print media services. This team loves to work hard and strive for excellence. While most work is done in an independent setting, we collaborate online extensively and hold meetings as needed. We welcome assistance from professionals, students, and journey-level practitioners who have a desire to serve the church with their media skills, especially in the areas of graphic design, web development, copy writing, and print production.
Current need: We are looking for anyone that is skilled in web design, graphic design and other media related skills.
